Itinerary

DAY 1: Flight to Amman (Queen Alia International)

Transfer to Hotel Arrival in Amman, the capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. You will be assisted upon arrival (including complimentary visa procedures) and transferred to your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 2: Amman – Full-Day City Tour (Citadel, Roman Theater, Downtown, Rainbow Street, King Abdullah Mosque)

After breakfast, your city tour of Amman, the ancient Philadelphia, begins. First, explore the modern parts of the city before delving into the old town. Visit traditional markets (souks), churches, and mosques, including the King Abdullah Mosque with its iconic blue dome near the Parliament. Continue to the Citadel and Roman Theater. Enjoy a stroll along Rainbow Street in Jabal Amman’s First Circle district, once home to Amman’s elite and renowned for its charming 1920s-1930s villas. Return to the hotel in Amman, dinner, and overnight stay.

DAY 3: Excursion to Jerash (Tour) – Ajloun Castle (Tour)

After breakfast, drive to Jerash, one of the world’s best-preserved Roman cities. Begin your tour by walking through its impressive streets, theaters, and temples, including the Colonnaded Street, Arch of Triumph, Oval Plaza, and the temples of Zeus and Artemis.

Next, head to Ajloun for a memorable cable car ride. This unique attraction offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and mountains. The cable car leads to Ajloun Castle, a remarkable Ayyubid fortress built in 1185 AD.
The castle was rebuilt in the 13th century by the Mamluks after its destruction by the Mongols.
Situated on a hill, it offers a spectacular view of the beautiful Jordan Valley.

DAY 4: Journey to the Dead Sea with Overnight Stay

After breakfast, drive to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth and the world’s first natural spa. Hotel check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards. Until then, guests can enjoy the hotel’s facilities such as the beach and pool. Spa treatments are optional and available at an additional cost. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel near the Dead Sea.

DAY 5: Journey to Aqaba – Overnight Stay in Aqaba


After breakfast, check out by 12:00 PM and proceed to Aqaba. Enjoy free time to explore the city and its beaches. Guests can utilize hotel facilities, including swimming pools and other amenities. Optional activities such as diving and snorkeling are available at their own expense. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Aqaba.

DAY 6: Travel to Petra (Classic Tour) – Overnight Stay in Petra

After breakfast, an early departure to Wadi Musa takes you to the world-famous rock-hewn city of Petra, known as the “Red Rose City.” Petra, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, was carved into the rock over 2,000 years ago.

Begin your tour with a walk through the narrow Siq, a 1.2-kilometer gorge surrounded by high cliffs. At the end of the Siq, you will reach the iconic Treasury (El Khazneh), believed to have held countless treasures. Other highlights include the Theater, Byzantine Church, and Royal Tombs.

Optional: Guests may hike to the Monastery (Ad-Deir) or the Altar of Sacrifice at their own responsibility.

If time permits, explore the city further or visit the Petra Museum. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Petra.

DAY 7: Journey to Wadi Rum (2-hour Jeep Tour) – Overnight Stay in Wadi Rum Camp

After breakfast, proceed to the spectacular Wadi Rum desert, one of the most stunning landscapes in the Middle East. The breathtaking desert has been the filming location for movies such as Lawrence of Arabia, The Martian, and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.

During a two-hour jeep tour with local Bedouins, explore the towering red sand dunes, granite mountains, and prehistoric rock carvings. Visit the local Bedouins and enjoy a cup of Arabic tea while learning about their hospitality and culture.

Optional: Camel rides are available at an additional cost. Enjoy a traditional Bedouin dinner and overnight stay in a Bedouin, Martian, or Bubble tent (as per preference).

DAY 8: Return to Amman (City Walk, shopping malls & Boulevard) – Farewell Dinner – Transfer to Amman Airport

After breakfast, return to Amman. The drive from Wadi Rum to Amman is approximately 280 kilometers. Upon arrival, take a stroll through downtown Amman with time for shopping at malls such as City Mall and Mecca Mall. Explore the modern district, including “The Boulevard.”

Conclude the day with a farewell dinner at the Lebanese restaurant “Um Khalil” or a similar venue. Later in the evening, transfer to Queen Alia International Airport. Airport drop-off is scheduled for 12:00 AM.

Tips

Tips of any kind are not included but are a common cultural practice- Restaurants approx. 10% of the bill- Tour guide 5 euros and for the driver 3 euros, per person and day. For group trips, expect 3 euros or 2 euros per person and day. For jeep drivers (Wadi Rum), camel and horse handlers, porters or other services approx. 3 - 5 euros per person.
